Caroline joined Stratumn’s management team in 2018 as our Office and Happiness Officer. She is responsible for all administrative matters, communication activities and ensuring the smooth day to day management of the office. Her mission is to bring happiness by improving the well being of our team.

Caroline has 10 years experience in the hospitality industry and a genuine love for customer service, knowing how important this is to the smooth running of a business. She has worked in several digital startups, combining her hospitality experience and natural empathy to manage the needs of up to 200 employees.
